AI isn't just for tech people — and it never was

The perception that AI requires a technical background is the single biggest barrier to adoption in education. It's also completely wrong.

I've trained around 2,000 academics on how to use AI tools. Very few of them had a technical background. Almost all of them left with something useful — a prompt that saved them an hour, a workflow that removed a task they hated, a reframing of what AI actually is.

The barrier isn't knowledge. It's confidence.
