The short version

Trained as a teacher. Masters in psychology. Spent eleven months in B2B sales closing the largest deal in my firm's history, then got headhunted into Higher Education. At one of the UK's largest universities I built an institution-wide AI training service, co-authored the first org-wide AI guidance documents and trained around 2000 colleagues on how to use AI tools confidently.

I've been in Microsoft's Founders Program and shortlisted by the Times Higher Education as a startup partner. I love helping founders and teams scale and commercialise their ideas, most recently supporting EduCollab Ltd in providing AI adoption services for Multi-Academy Trusts.

Now I work with universities, government schemes, and businesses to make AI genuinely useful — not just a buzzword in a slide deck.
