AI Training at Scale
Nottingham Trent University
Designed and delivered AI literacy training for approximately 2,000 academics at NTU — from early experiments with GPT-3 to co-authoring the university's first institutional AI guidance document and founding a generative AI practice group.
The Problem
The university had no institutional scale AI training program.
What I Did
Designed and delivered sessions at scale using a CI model with regular feedback points.
The Outcome
2000 staff trained in 9 months across teaching, research, prof.services, leaders and contract staff.
